AECOM is seeking a Quality Advisor, Pipeline to be based in our Edmonton, Alberta location.
Quality assurance includes all those planned and systematic actions necessary to provide adequate assurance that an item or a facility will perform satisfactorily in service. Quality assurance comprises the aspects of quality assurance, which provides a means of control and measures of the characteristics of an item, process or facility to be established.
May include the following responsibilities:
- Technically supervises quality projects or major phases of significant quality projects, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned project.
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge to the completion of significant assignments.
- Provides leadership for quality assurance and quality assurance, and the provision of quality assurance.
- Provides leadership for new systems, development, proposals, implementation, procedures, and any related quality activity.
- Makes frequent decisions using principles and professional independent judgment.
- Develops and applies advanced quality assurance / control theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems on the forefront of new technologies.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or demonstrated equivalent.
Experience:

6 years of experience in the area of specialization.

A valid Class 1 or Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
Preferred Qualifications
- Auditor / lead auditor certificate desired.
