Position Summary
Provide general administrative to operations, including data entry, tracking reports, scanning, filing and photocopying.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process work orders and create job packages
- Track and upload customer workload data in Excel
- Track and monitor project and revenue reports
- Create and maintain project files and general files as needed
- Assists with various projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- One to three years of general administrative experience
- Some college preferred
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with utility industry preferred
- Ability to work independently
