Based on qualifications and experience, the successful candidate may be considered for the Tax Analyst I or Tax Analyst II position.
The Tax Analyst I is responsible for preparing tax returns, workpapers, and analyses, computing and recording current and deferred taxes, preparing forecast, budget and regulatory information, and other duties as assigned. Prepare tax returns and appropriate workpapers and analyses. Compute and record current and deferred taxes including tax account reconciliation. Prepare forecast and budget information and participate in special studies. Prepare and review federal, state and local tax sections of regulatory filings. Research tax issues and questions. Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting from and accredited college or university with courses in taxation or equivalent education and/or experience. Four (4) years in total work experience with three (3) years in tax.
