Description
30+ year old well known National Renewable energy distributor looking for seasoned and experienced National Sales Manager to support sales of electrical, mechanical and Hydraulic systems components into an existing North Americal customer base. Growing needs are management of local inside and outside sales team in two warehouses, with increased sales and inventory management plus profitability responsibility for team. Work with seasoned staff in Palm Springs CA.
Requirements
+/- 10 years Experience in managing distributor sales functions, with intuitive inventory management skills, purchasing management skills and accounting understanding. Able to mold an existing good sales team. Knowledge of systems involving electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components. Wind Energy experience a plus, but not necessary.
Salary & Benefits
Salary to $100K plus benefits, bonus and commission. Other items based upon skill set and experience.
