Description
Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control overall manufacturing operations to optimize safety quality, on time delivery, productivity, and customer service of Custom Switchgear Facility in Louisville, OH. Apply the methodology of Lean Enterprise through the effective use of "Lean" principals and techniques fully integrating such throughout the operation. Achieve annual business goals for revenue and earnings direct profit and loss accountability. Directs and coordinates promotion of products manufactured or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position in industry. Set policies and procedures for the division. Maintain facility to meet EPA and OSHA requirements.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time.
- Must have 5-10 years’ experience in electrical power distribution and controls products. Working experience in supply chain/material management, manufacturing operations and product control with strong leadership skills.
- PC skills are required, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must have experience and understanding of Lean & Six Sigma Methodology.
