Description

The Job:

  • Respond to phone calls, live chats, email, portal cases and other channels as necessary from Cision clients
  • Answer client questions and provide how-to help within the Cision application to aide clients in completing daily PR tasks
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose errors within the Cision application
  • Work with various browser settings to optimize user's experience
  • Demonstrate ownership and ability to follow case issues to resolution and client satisfaction
  • Handle a case load of approximately 25 new issues per day
  • Shift: M-F 11-8pm
Requirements

You Have: 

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proven reliability
  • Proven ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience supporting customers in a SAAS environment valued but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • SQL - valued, not required & Microsoft Office
