Description
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator I in our Salem, IL Office.
The Project Administrator I will be responsible for answering all phone calls and greeting guests. Qualified candidates should have experience answering phones with strong administrative skills. The receptionist will report to the Office Manager and Project Controller.
Major Job Elements:
- Answer all incoming phone calls on the phone system, providing company information and call transfers
- Greet onsite visitors and guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
- Open, stamp & sort mail and distribute incoming faxes via email; receive / post deliveries & FedEx packages
- Record / Enter safety meeting minutes
- Track, record and order office supplies using approved vendor process
- Print, stamp & sort all subcontractor invoices in Outlook
- Provide backup for data entry for payroll, AP and purchase orders using Penta and Work Order Systems
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office computer skills; specifically Word and Excel
- Demonstrated basic math skills with ability to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a positive attitude
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
