- Life insurance coverage 2 x Annual Salary/NRECA. Supplemental life insurance is available for individual, spouse, children at employee’s expense..
- NRECA R&S Pension Plan contributed by employer after six full months of service at 2.1% of the participant’s high 5-year salary..
- Annual Leave—Year #1=24days; Year #2=28 days; Years 3-10=30 days, Years 11-15=32 days; Over 15 years =35 days..
- Holidays—12 paid holidays annually..
- Health, vision, and dental provided by employer through Meritain Health.
- Eligibility to enroll is on the 1st day of the month following employee’s date of hire.
- Employer covers premium cost.
- Plan is 90/10 pay/copay for PPO providers.
- Deductible is $100 per person and $200 per family.
- Out of Pocket limit is $1,000 per person for PPO providers and $3,000 for non PPO providers
- Short and Long Term Disability provided by employer through NRECA.
- Business Travel Accident insurance through NRECA – employer pays premium.
- Dependent Care Assistance Plan.
- 401K and/or 401K Roth after six full months of employment.
- Voluntary employee contribution
- 401K Employer match – equal to 50% of Employee Elective contributions of 3% to 6% of the Participant’s compensation
