Position Summary:
Lead and provide technical and operational leadership for Precision Machining Operation in China.
This position will be located in the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and provide technical and operational leadership for Precision Machining Operation in China.
This position will be located in the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage China Precision Machining Operation and financials.
- Develop machining technical talent and capability to support complex products.
- Establish Operational Best Practices to ensure cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Establish and drive strategy for operation to support the business direction.
- Manage P&L, costing for business.
Requirements
Personal Specifications:
- A recognized degree in Engineering and/or Business
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years similar position in Metal Machining Operations (milling, turning, grinding, hobbing). Direct experience in machining preferred.
- Creative, "out of box" thinker
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong understanding of P&L Management and Financial Metrics
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and self starter
- Good written and spoken English. Mandarin would be beneficial but not required.

- Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
- Ability to establish/maintain credibility and ability to motivate and direct others toward a self directed workforce.
- Able to manage, read and understand Financial statements
