Hawk Ridge Systems is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist in our Mountain View office.

Reporting to the accounting manager, the position functions as a key contributor and works closely with the sales and accounting teams.

Reporting to the accounting manager, the position functions as a key contributor and works closely with the sales and accounting teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High-volume invoice processing
- Apply cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Process bank deposits
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts - collection calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
- Assist with month-end close
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of related accounts receivable experience
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance, Bachelor degree in related field highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use a personal computer; proficient with email, Microsoft Word, Excel and accounting software systems.
