Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Services, the client services representative is part of a team that responds to our client's needs on an ongoing basis. 

The Job: 

  • Respond to phone calls, email, portal cases and other channels as necessary from clients
  • Answer client questions and provide how-to help on various applications to aid clients in completing daily PR tasks
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose errors on various applications
  • Work with various browser settings to optimize user's experience
  • Demonstrate ownership and ability to follow case issues to resolution and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work any shift during hours of operation: Monday to Friday either 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM OR 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Requirements

You Have: 

  • Bilingual candidates would be an essential asset.
  • Experience supporting customers in a SAAS environment preferred.
  • HTML knowledge is a plus 
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required
  • +2 years in a customer service role - Strong desire to create exceptional customer experiences
  • Skilled at identifying client's needs
  • Builds trust cross-departmentally and with clients
  • Ability to sense urgency
  • Attention to detail and desire to identify the core of issues
  • Embraces feedback
  • Looks for tough assignments to improve skills
  • Keeps product knowledge up-to-date
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on listening and questioning
