You will cultivate new business in conjunction with customers/partners
- Educate our customers/partners on all Schneider Electric Building Automation Systems, Security Systems and field devices.
- Call on and build relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms.
- Act as a liaison between Branch Office staff and customers/partners.
- Initiate sales process, pre-qualify customers/partners and coach sales through to order.
- Preparation of sales proposals, estimates and take offs.
- Lead and/or participate in sales presentations.
- Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or all bid documents.
- Obtain, assemble, and organize all project documentation to turnover to operations.
- Coordinate and/or participate in trade shows and marketing/sales seminars.

EDUCATION:
- Four (4) year college degree required or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE:
- Two years sales experience required
- Two years technical experience preferred, but not required
REQUIREMENTS & ABILITIES:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- A solid understanding of HVAC, access or other building or electronic control systems
