Description
Lead and manage the Customer Success Management and Business Analytics teams as a center of excellence for Current, powered by GE. Partner with business leaders to drive business decisions through customer, business and market data / analytics.
Essential Responsibilities:
- In addition you will :
- Build a center of expertise to conduct best in class research and competitive analysis to deliver data driven insights to the business and customers
- Drive business performance analytics and insights for the business
- Establish business intelligence reporting, tools and metrics to drive business outcomes
- Lead a customer success management team focused on analyzing customer demographics to deliver value and productivity to customers
- Build a strategy for customer success management establish metrics and processes to analyze customer demographics to include energy usage, building utilization, and / or building operations & processes, intelligent environment solutions focused on business / employee / customer productivity, retail energy markets, wholesale energy markets, incentives, policy and regulatory issues
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- 8 years of experience in marketing, analytics, strategy
- 3 years of experience in the energy or software space
