Description
The IT Manager-Sales is responsible for supporting the global Sales function in their use of technology. It is a critical position ensuring that IT and the business function are working well together to achieve business objectives. This role is the key contact for the Sales teams with respect to IT projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the SFDC Shared Service Administration team, supporting multiple instances of SFDC for the brands of the business. SFDC is used by Sales, Marketing, and Service.
- Lead the Global SFDC Center of Excellence, which includes other SFDC instances of independent brands.
- Partner with Sales to make their use of technology more effective. Work with other aspects of IT to ensure the partnership is effective with the business.
- Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing Apps on gathering, and reporting metrics for the IT Sales and Marketing team.
- Be the leader to support the goals of our organization, and how those goals are supported by the Salesforce and all sales applications.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related is required.
- Proven leadership skills required. Experience managing virtual teams a plus.
- Must be an effective communicator - both written and verbal.
- Possess presentation skills to senior leaders.
- SFDC Administration with Sales, Marketing, Service, Data Analytics and Sales Incentive programs.
- Microsoft Office Suite, SFDC, Data Analytics software experience required.
