  1. Production planning in ERP in line with Project Planning - MPS
  2. Material demand in ERP based on production planning, maintenance planning, repairs planning, sales orders or statistical methods
  3. Material Net Requirements and forecasts in ERP (or alternative) based on MRP process.
  4. Leadership and coordination of missing parts anticipation process and missing parts root cause analysis
  5. Planning and inventory strategy deployment based on parts typology, demand input, volume, price and other potential characteristics
  6. Material master data creation and maintenance (MRP type, MRP controller, make/buy, planning strategy, MRP parameters, )
  7. Key Performance Indicators monitoring and reporting and continuous improvement activity for planning
