What You'll Do
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Cisco AMP engineering group based in Calgary to assure quality for the Advanced Malware Protection platform.
Who You Are
- Develop and maintain internal tools for automated functional and performance testing
- Develop and confirm performance metrics for code under test
- Operate within both a cloud environment and a standalone product
- Develop and maintain performance testing tools for hardware products
- Work closely across teams through the design and development process
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-8+ years experience in a software development or testing role
- Experience with Linux or Unix-based operating systems
- Experience with performance tuning and validation on Linux or Unix-based operating systems
- Experience with enterprise computing hardware and configuration
- Development experience with preference for C or Ruby
- Experience with white box testing
- Ability to work independently when writing test cases, test plans, and other supporting documentation
