Due to the growth in our customer base, we have an immediate need for an experienced order management specialist in our Orinda office, which is just a ten minute walk from the BART station.
Note: Overtime is required during peak sales periods such as the end of the month and during product promotions.
Responsibilities include:
- Process orders from sales teams with excellent attention to detail while enforcing department standard operations, processes, and procedures
- Process customer requests for home use licenses, account change requests, license requests
- Answer order-related questions from co-workers and customers
- Send order confirmation emails to customers with detailed information
- Keep current on all price, policy, promotion changes as it impacts order accuracy
- Update our CRM, NetSuite, with new customer and purchase information.
Qualifications
- Must have experience with order entry and customer service in software and computing environments such as Windows workstation and server operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, networks and PC hardware.
- Very strong computer skills including a customer relationship management system, and quick and accurate typing. NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Degree or training plus experience in computer or other technical related field
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Mathematical skills
- Reasoning ability
