Contributing member of ICB Continuation Engineering group, responsible for the design, analysis, trouble shooting, test and integration of hardware for electro-mechanical based products. This position requires the ability to work with manufacturing, quality, and marketing for variety of project types. Self-directing, with self-driven urgency is the key attribute to the success of this position. With an eye on details, and broad understanding of business processes, industry best practices, and continuous improvements philosophy to support business goals. Leadership skills to manage cross functional teams. Broad engineering skill set, and broad product material experience (sheet metal, plastic injection molded, casting, elastomers, electro-mechanical, surface treatment, and base materials). Some agency certifications experience useful.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills. (English-primary)
- 3D CAD, ERP (SAP), Windows Office.
- Track record of quick-learning and self-starter who works well with cross functional dynamic teams.
- History of self-directing with a sense of urgency to get projects done with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated multi-task ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- 5+ years broad engineering experience.
