We are currently seeking a dedicated, fast-learning Customer Care Engineer to join our team in Norcross, GA to perform a wide variety of customer support activities to customers that utilize PRISM/SCADA power systems, with an emphasis on our advanced applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Technical support, manage, and close cases for customers who utilize PRISM/SCADA systems via the ACS Help Desk.  Work with management and peers to identify issues, provide fixes, close cases, and develop best-practices to prevent repeat issues
  • Learn and trouble shoot advanced applications (OMS, ICCP, DASMap, DMS, Oracle
  • Perform remote diagnostics via VPN
  • Load, verify and configure software modules
  • Provide occasional on-site technical support
  • Upgrade software on existing systems as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, or MSCS from an accredited college or university
  • 0-5 years practical experience in providing support to technology customers
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn computer based Windows applications, knowledge of Linux is a plus
  • Electric utility experience a plus
  • Ability to assist customers with questions via telephone, e-mail, or in person
  • Ability to pass ACS background check, including drug screen
