Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Energy expert advisor for residential and commercial customers.
- Advises customers on rate components, rate options, energy efficiency, demand response programs, energy conservation, applicable rebates and solutions. Qualified candidates will discuss options with customers that will educate them how best to manage their energy usage.
- Promotes solutions and tools
- Answers general/customer billing inquiries
- Responds to emergency requests
- Performs other duties as assigned.
External Qualifications:Candidate qualifications:
- College education preferred, three years of experience in customer service or sales required
- Strong analytical skills; ability to comprehend and explain complex concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain positive customer interactions and value the customer experience
- Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English desired
