Job Summary
Assign, supervise and coordinate the repair and preventive maintenance of nuclear plant equipment and systems to assure compliance with the nuclear operating license, state and federal regulatory guidelines
Job Responsibilities
- supervise direct work activities, including setting work standards and measuring work quality and output
- supervise all maintenance activities within the Radiological Control Area (RCA) in accordance with the radiation safety program (ALARA) to assure worker and plant safety
- Instruct maintenance associates in the performance of complex, unusual or potentially hazardous work
- Process work packages including Design Change & Cod Job Packages in accordance with station procedures
- Analyze equipment and equipment breakdowns, determine proper corrective actions and direct repairs
- Meet minimum ANSI/ANS qualifications and requirement
