We are seeking a critical thinker who can navigate the evolving and everchanging technology landscape with the willingness to analyze, research and review creative contract solutions. Tackle, new and existing challenges, with expertise to handle medium to high dollar contracts; requiring a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and procurement skills to include analyzing a variety of standard contract requirements, provisions, and terms and conditions. This position's core responsibility is to manage and oversee over 150 active IT contracts. Key Areas of Focus:

Manage and oversee IT / Technology Contracts
-
Maintain and manage accurate and up to date contract records
-
Support contract compliance audits including terms and conditions review, service level compliance, and license entitlement adherence

Facilitate annual renewals
-
Partner with Procurement Department to facilitate all IT contracting needs

Facilitate contract execution for IT purchases including RFXs, Task orders, SOWs, and PRs

Conduct complex contract analytics including spend trends, market analysis, terms and conditions review, pricing comparison, vendor performance, etc.

Conduct data analysis and evaluate programs, proposals, and internal processes

Assist leadership with contract and purchasing requests and help advise on best practices

Manage vendor relationships

Prepare and present communications orally and written to provide input, solutions and recommendations for impact and cost analyses of proposed changes and improvements

Experience with contracts is a must; technology/IT software contracts is preferred; experience with contract negotiations, reviewing contract language and interpreting terms and conditions.
Who you are... an extremely organized and detail oriented team player, whose exceptional written and oral communication skills promote success in this role. Ideally, you will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Purchasing Management, or a closely related field. The successful candidate will offer a wide variety of experience with all aspects of contract review, negotiation, licensing, contract management, and compliance auditing. Information Technology Experience is a plus.
