As an Identity and Access Management Engineer , you will join our talented Integration and Access Management (IAM) team responsible for access management, physical security, software management, and application integrations. Our team is also responsible for managing account and group provisioning, authorization requests, user permissions, and conducting audits within systems for regulatory access. In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and implement solutions to resolve complex technical and business issues related to information security, identity management, user access authentication and provisioning, and role-based access control. What will you be doing?

Developing, maintaining, and overseeing the implementation of identity and access management integrations across the enterprise to include Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, Directory Synchronization, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Federated integrations with both SaaS and on-premises applications

Collaborating with other departments to fully secure information, computer, network, and processing systems

Providing support for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining identity management systems, and rapidly distinguishing isolated user problems from enterprise-wide application/system problems and providing recommended solutions

Coordinating with stakeholders to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements

Providing follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, engineering technical assessment, and process improvement initiatives

Analyzing and developing automation via PowerShell scripts

Acting as SME for security, IDM, and risk management areas
Who you are...
You ideally possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related discipline, along with experience in IAM engineering or IAM software development, as well as experience in tier 2/3 systems administration. You have demonstrable knowledge of PowerShell commands and scripting, Azure Active Directory, OAUTH/SAML, LDAP, SSO, SCIM, OIDC, and RADIUS, as well as RBAC and PIM. Experience with ADFS and Kerberos is highly beneficial. Certifications in Azure 500 and Security+ are valued for this role. Beyond the technical aspects of this position, you excel at building relationships and interacting with customers through the course of troubleshooting incidents and system anomalies. You can provide clear direction and guidance to other team members in ways that build trust and drive results forward, and the opportunity to be a subject matter expert on the team and for our customers in IAM excites you.
