Spire is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work out of the St. Louis, MO downtown location. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, responsibilities include supporting a variety of Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. Primary duties include managing the day-to-day operations of system onboarding, vendor management for post-offer and relocation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- In collaboration with HRIS will generate quarterly, monthly reports and deliver ad hoc analysis of recruitment data to identify opportunities.
- Lead onboarding efforts as it relates to pre-employment drug screens, physicals, background checks, relocation and E-Verify
- Work closely with recruiters to accurately schedule interviews with hiring groups, candidate travel and assessments
- Serve as an active member of the Background Check Committee-tracking trends and past practices related to rescinding offers.
- Assure and maintain administrative wellness and documentation for recruitment, workforce development, H1-B and Green-Cards (Immigration Process)
- Manage job postings for the internship program, career fairs, InSpire, community and professional base organizations.
- Business management responsibilities including vendor management, tracking budget spend, invoice management, ad hoc projects
- Initiate and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with service providers (relocation and pre-employment screening)
- Collaborate with HRIS, Benefits, Talent Development and other HR functional areas as needed to execute TA projects and initiatives.
- Working with recruiters and field operations, initiate union company-wide job bids and special transfer notices

Essential Characteristics and Competencies

Required Education (certifications, licenses)
- Associate Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Required knowledge, skill and abilities
- Three years' experience working in an administrative and/or coordinator function (preferably in a Human Resources or Operations environment)
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-pace environment
- Exercise good judgment, organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and recognize matters requiring prompt attention
Physical demands, environment and schedule
- Work is performed in a shared, open-office environment
- Requires work during nonstandard business hours with occasional travel
