Description
Position Overview
This position will be directly responsible for 2nd shift tool room, and all technicians. Duties include, distribution of work orders, preventive maintenance directives, and emergency breakdowns in a high production manufacturing facility. This will also include daily pass downs and shift reports to other shifts as well as engineering.
Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate will be well seasoned with all aspects of the tool room and tooling process. Must have a supervisory background. Supervisory experience in a union environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
