General Accountabilities:

As a member of the HR Support Centre team, you will provide professional front line customer service to line managers, employees and pensioners on employment related matters such as employee entitlements, benefits, pension, compensation and HR policies and procedures. You will be accountable for preparing, distributing and processing employment related materials and for providing administrative support to various Human Resources Business Partners.

Description:

Your job duties will include:

· Provide consistent, timely, and accurate information to employees and managers in accordance with plan rules, corporate policies, and provisions of the collective agreements 

· Review details and confirm information on all forms received from managers and employees prior to processing; contact managers and employees for verification of information or for missing information 

· Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials, including benefits packages for regular hires; setup and maintain employee and pensioner files 

· Maintain a timely call and case management system through SLA 

· Maintain a current and up-to-date paper and electronic filing system 

· Participate in special assignments and audits for the collection of data and information to support Human Resources programs and initiatives 

· Prepare letters of employment, and various other letters for employee needs 

· Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Business Partners  

· Familiarity with office equipment (photocopier, scanning, faxing)

Additional Requirements:

Job Requirements

· Education - Post-secondary education in Business Administration, or related field 

· Experience - 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role 

· Skills - Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, ability to prioritize, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong computer skills including facility with Microsoft Office, verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to make good judgments, ability to troubleshoot system issues 

Assets - Familiar with SAP, Successfactors or other HRIS, Service Now, SharePoint, and Collective Agreements
