Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the operational and financial support of the New York region, which includes demand side electric programs offered by the NYISO and the electric transmission and distribution utilities within the state of New York. These programs deploy demand side electrical resources such as curtailment of electric usage or generators in an electric grid emergency. Accountable for enrolling customers into the program, settling curtailment events with the system operator, and calculating payments to CPower's customers. Provide analysis and other support to field teams in evaluating customer performance and assessing and optimizing customer enrollments. Manage Process Improvements projects for the Enrollments, Settlements & Payments team. Support the National Sales team in developing and delivering their customer reporting requirements.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent, in Energy, Finance, or Economics field. Must have at least 1 year of analytical experience in Demand Response or other related demand-side electric energy field.
