As a Transmission Planning Engineer, you will be providing support for outages, load profiling, and modeling, as well as future upgrades and justifications. *This position will be filled as an Engineer III, IV, or V depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.

What will it take to be successful in this position?

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required for this position, with a Power Systems specialization preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) is highly desired

Prefer seven or more years of experience within the energy industry and rich knowledge and experience in transmission planning.

Experience using modeling applications such as Siemens PSS®E, TARA, and PowerWorld

Experience working with an RTO or ISO is desired
