Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Mass Market Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.

Channel Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance distribution channels and increase sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.

Cost-to-Acquire Management:

  • Monitor and analyze the cost-to-acquire metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources and budget optimization.
  • Implement strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs while maintaining high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to develop and refine cost-effective sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership with a focus on channel sales and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of cost-to-acquire metrics and experience in optimizing acquisition costs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the energy industry and a passion for sustainable solutions is desirable.
