This position will assist in modifying, repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, calibrating, installing and cleaning instrumentation inside and outside the plant. Instrumentation and control devices may include:

Tubing/wiring associated with equipment monitoring

Pneumatic and digital valve controllers and positioners

Distributed Control System (DCS) equipment

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) equipment

Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMS) equipment

I/O Multiplexors
-
Ultrasonic flow measurement and
-
Assorted gauges, transmitters, transducers, switches, analyzers, and other indicating/control devices
Applicants must be able to read and interpret prints, sketches, and technical manuals.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED. They must possess two years post-secondary electronics school or equivalent training which must include basic computer systems and a minimum of three years' work experience in electronics. A working knowledge of PLC's is preferred.
