You will be joining a team of enterprise technology analysts working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment dedicated to leading edge SAP, CRM, and Smart Grid applications specifically related to the utility industry solution IS-U CCS and other enterprise applications. We are responsible for the design, configuration, operation, maintenance and enhancement of these enterprise applications to ensure that they are reliable, accessible, and meet the needs of the business units.

Essential functions of the job include configuring SAP, and other enterprise applications, to support system modifications and enhancements; provide technical consultation to the business unit; define technical requirements by collaborating with process owners; develop detailed designs and specifications; develop testing criteria and conduct testing; plan implementation strategies; communicate technical information to the user community; optimize enterprise applications.
This position requires the skill to:

- Schedule and prioritize own work assignments to meet expected timeframes
- Analyze business processes and match user requirements to system capabilities
- Develop specifications; develop testing criteria and conduct testing

We are posting this opportunity for the Associate SAP Enterprise Technology Analyst Entry along with our SAP Enterprise Technology Analyst Intermediate level position. The department will be filling one position at either of those levels.
