SDG&E seeks an outstanding environmental attorney for its headquarters in San Diego. This attorney will be responsible for a wide range of matters on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities may include compliance counseling, strategic advice and planning, permitting, agency negotiations and advocacy, enforcement matters, and controversy.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent legal analysis, writing, and communication skills. J.D. from an accredited law school required, and a member in good standing of the California Bar. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, eight or more years of environmental legal experience, with particular expertise in CEQA issues. Knowledge of the utility industry is also desirable.
