Responsibilities
- Track and distribute production operations reports
- Interact with field personnel, accounting, engineering and partners
- Prepare and distribute well connection reports to internal team
- Distribute allocations to accounting and partner companies
- Type memos, correspondence, reports and heavy filing
Requirements
Required skills
- Experience within a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
- Spotfire and Merrick Production Software experience a plus
- SAP experience
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have good data entry skills
- Must be able to priorities workload and meet deadlines
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
