Description
The Sr. Security Analyst is a key member of the Cyber Security Group. The B&W Cyber Security Group deploys and administers leading-edge security solutions while providing information security and risk management support to the international enterprise. This position will focus on several facets of identity and access management, both host and user based. This position will assist in the enhancement of existing IAM and network access technologies. The candidate to fill this position is expected to uphold enterprise security goals as established by the organization's stated policies, procedures and guidelines. This position will require significant vendor and cross-functional group interaction. This position will be the primary technical resource for product evaluation activities and will assume a leadership role in the selection, deployment and support of security and business applications. This position will continue to build and grow business relationships vital to the success of the Cyber Security Group.
Qualifications
- 4-year technical education beyond high school, Bachelor's Degree preferred but equivelant education and experience will be considered.
- Equivalent work experience acceptable
- Relevant technical certifications a plus
- 3-5+ years' work experience in Cybersecurity
- Experience with Single-Sign-On and IAM solutions
- Experience with Network Access Control solutions is a plus
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus
- Information Privacy experience is a plus
- Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
- Able to complete assignment with minimal direction
- Must be able to succeed in a team environment
- Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies
- Microsoft required, Linux knowledge a plus
- Interest in expanding one's knowledge in the technology industry
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
