Description
In this position you will be responsible for product life cycle planning and execution. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining our OMS/aDMS Product Suite. Specific, on-the-job training will be provided. As a Product Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define and develop a strategy for profitable growth for our OMS/aDMS Product Suite.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design product strategy and direction based on overarching industry needs.
  • Planning, creating and maintaining corresponding product services offerings.
  • Develop product line marketing collateral documentation.
  • Manage product launch process for new products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors and educate them on OSI's OMS/aDMS Product Suite.
  • Follow up regularly with consultants and contractors to promote OSI's OMS/aDMS Product.
  • Build and update project pipeline, list of contractors and consultant and cooperate with sales team to share the information.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge in specific areas and manage complex situations and critical projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-6 years of business marketing and technical experience.
  • Ability to perform market research and technical analysis to define customer product needs.
  • Must be able to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Must be able to conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Experience in product management within the electric utilities industry.
