General Accountabilities:Facilitate the development, maintenance and documentation of Distribution processes and work instructions (WIs). Collect and consider the input of relevant subject matter experts from across Distribution and from other areas of the company regarding the content/accuracy/completeness of processes/WIs and make recommendations regarding the best mechanism for presenting that information to the user in the moment of need. Assist with a stakeholdering and approval process appropriate to each deliverable. Support LOBs in the communication/training for new/updated processes/WIs.
Selection Criteria:

Requires excellent knowledge of the English language to communicate effectively with others, prepare documentation and present to stakeholders.

Experience in developing/documenting processes, process flows, work instructions and job aids.

Experience in facilitating discussions/problem solving with cross-functional teams is an asset.

Experience in continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.

Familiarity/experience with the Distribution business as well as its processes and systems is an asset.

Knowledge of SAP is an asset.

The successful completion of a four year university education (or equivalent) and 4-6 years of relevant work is considered necessary to gain this experience.

Limited travel may be required to attend meetings in person - this may occasionally require an overnight stay due to distance and/or to ensure safe conditions for travel.
