Summary
This position is located in the Supplemental Labor Management Office (NSP), Supply Chain Services (NS), Chief Administrative Office (N), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
The purpose of this position is to support BPA's supplemental labor (contracted labor) program.
Responsibilities
As a Management and Program Analyst (Supplemental Labor), you will:
- Serve as the team lead for the Supplemental Labor Management Office (SLMO).
- Oversee a team of Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTR) and contractors providing leadership, direction and support.
- Schedule and chair weekly operational team meetings where new processes are rolled out.
- Manage the BPA-wide process for the acquisition, processing, and tracking of supplemental labor.
- Collect data from customer organizations to identify the types and amount of supplemental labor needed.
- Develop and manage the automated supplemental labor information system.
- Perform as a COTR on high dollar, complex supplemental labor contracts.
- Ensure requests for the processing and on-boarding of contractor employees are initiated and acted upon promptly.
